Cancellation Policy

To secure a rental date for Wolf Park, all renters must agree to the following terms: Reservation Requirements Reservations are not confirmed until a completed rental application and a $50 deposit are received by the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce. Payment A $50 security deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid online to secure your reservation. The remaining $250 rental fee for non-members must be mailed to the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce prior to the event. Mailing Address: Rockdale Chamber of Commerce 1203 W. Cameron Ave Rockdale, TX 76567 Please note: Your reservation is not confirmed until both the deposit and completed rental agreement are received. Insurance Non-members must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce as Additional Insured prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a partial refund of the rental fee. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. The $50 deposit is refundable only if the park is left clean and undamaged, as outlined in the rental agreement. Refund of Deposit Deposits will be refunded within 30 days following the event, provided that: The park is left clean and undamaged. All trash is removed and placed in designated receptacles. No park rules are violated. Damages and Cleanup The individual signing the rental agreement will be held financially responsible for: Any damages to the facility or grounds. Excessive cleanup required after the event. Access Times Rental access is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of the event. All setup, teardown, and cleanup must occur within this timeframe. All personal items and decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period. Weather and Rescheduling In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen issues, renters may reschedule their event up to two times at no additional cost. After the second rescheduling, a new rental fee will be required. The $50 deposit will carry over as long as the reservation remains active. Alcohol and Security If alcohol is present, renters must provide licensed security at their own expense. Glass bottles are not permitted anywhere in the park. Supervision Events involving minors must be supervised by adults at all times, both inside the gazebo area and outdoors in the lawn and parking.
