Cancellation Policy

To reserve Hogan Hall, all renters must agree to the following terms: Reservation Requirements Reservations are not confirmed until a completed rental application and full payment are received by the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce. Capacity Hogan Hall accommodates up to 20 people and is ideal for small meetings, trainings, or workshops. Restroom Access A restroom is available at the Chamber office next door during regular business hours. Restroom access is not available on weekends or after hours. Renters are responsible for making alternate arrangements if needed. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Non-member rental rates are: $35 per hour $150 for a full-day rental (up to 8 hours) Mailing Address: Rockdale Chamber of Commerce 1203 W. Cameron Ave Rockdale, TX 76567 Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a partial refund. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. Renters may reschedule their event up to two times at no additional cost. After the second rescheduling, a new rental fee will be required. Payments made for the original reservation will be applied to the new date if rescheduled within a reasonable time frame. Damages and Cleanup Renters are responsible for leaving the space clean and undamaged. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges and loss of future booking privileges.
